Stand on your hands Every Day

Yoga

“Thank you indefinitely for all your individual attention, guided meditations, handstand adjustments, words of wisdom and experience. You are really a great teacher; I feel like I truly connected with so much of what you were sharing.” Ayelet Firstenberg - Actor - NYC USA

A globally curious surfer since childhood, Kadri discovered yoga ten years ago when his physical body could no longer sustain the professional level of his surfing. Hoping to cut recovery time from a seemingly endless injury, Kadri’s body let out a huge sigh of relief when he met the mat. With dedicated vigor, Kadri began to understand yoga as a practice that not only helped sustain his passion for surfing, but also provided another way to connect his body and mind to his personal spiritual practice.

Since then, Kadri has trained with many master teachers to explore several different yogic paths. His own understanding of dynamic movement and mindfulness practice has helped him guide students toward their own intuitive and personal body / mind connection.

Specializing in inversions and arm-balances, and exploring alignment in a precise and unique way, Kadri shares his knowledge with compassion, skill and clarity. Drawing upon his meditation and healing practices, Kadri offers a kind of yoga infused with joy and bursting with dynamic grace, subtle strength and a special brand of lighthearted humor. You will leave with a smile on your face.

“I’m filled with inspiration and a great sense of release… The magic and healing you poured over and in me was greatly appreciated and still felt. It is rare to be met exactly where one is at. I see in you a beautiful being with an amazing heart that is not afraid to give. Thank you for your generosity.” Tanja Palmers - Yoga Instructor - SF USA
